CallGuard is Mentat's commercial call management system for business.

CallGuard provides information on call traffic flow through your communications system, and its various costs to your organization: call cost, employee time, responsiveness to clients and customers.

A host of detailed ready made and customisable reports allow you analyse call traffic in many ways.

Filters can be configured to alert you of system misuse and fraud, system alarms, system malfunction, call traffic inefficiencies and many other statistics.
