MQuote offers a standard interface allowing access to all the data that must be maintained within a quotation system. A variety of forms and lists for customers, suppliers, items, standard text, labour rates, units, etc. are utilised. |

The Item Update form, for example, allows you to browse through the set of items, editing, deleting or adding new items. Pop-up lists help to find a particular item very quickly - simply enter the first few letters of any field in order to narrow down the set of items to view. The list can be ordered on any group of fields, not necessarily the one on which you are searching. These search and select methods are available throughout MQuote. Changes can be applied to a number of items, selected on one or more common fields, simultaneously. Item data may be entered and maintained manually or directly imported from existing databases. Data in text file format may be imported from any source and is not restricted to items alone but may also include customer or supplier lists. |
