The presentation and content of a quote, bid or tender are the twin pillars upon which its success in the market is secured. Appearance is not more important than content, but neither is it less so. Competent, high quality presentation can enhance your customer's perception of the worth and merit of your bid or tender. Poor presentation can weaken credibility and deny success. This facility to structure and control quote appearance with ease and consistency is a key benefit of MQuote. |

Every quotation consists of three main elements: Items, Totals and Text. Each line of a quote consists of one or other of these elements. "Items" usually refers to parts, components and labour. A “Total”, in MQuote, may be a sum of item prices, a sum of other totals (sub-totalling), an adjustment of another total, and so on. "Text" will include, for instance, terms and conditions, covering letters and explanatory comments at appropriate points. MQuote's fully featured quotation processor imparts essential flexibility to the presentation of these elements. WYSIWYG preview windows enhance interaction with the quotation as it is created, modified and refined. The aim is to impart a distinctive style and structured appearance to your quotations. |
